Welcome to The Venue by Painted Clovers! Our 1800 sq. ft. micro venue is the perfect backdrop to any occasion. With modern updates to this historical landmark your guests will love our open concept venue. From the cream painted brick and the dark ceiling and floors to the industrial lamps suspended from the ceiling with bistro lights strung across the entire space embellished with faux greenery. Simple, elegant, timeless and located in a convenient location of Haskins and close to Maumee, Waterville, Bowling Green, Perrysburg, Whitehouse, Toledo and surrounding areas.

Where are you located?
We are located At 103 West Main Street in Haskins OH 43425. Main Street runs East and West through town. We are right next to the fire department.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ENTERTAINMENT?
Yes! You may bring in your own forms of entertainment. Music, games, special guests etc.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE TABLE/CHAIR COVERS?
No. The venue does not offer these. However, our preferred vendor, A Perfect Day Rentals does offer covers and so much more to personalize your party. They have transparent pricing on their website here: https://yourperfectdayllc.com/
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
A cleaning checklist will be provided to you before your booking. If this checklist is not followed then Painted Clovers is authorized to charge a $65 cleaning fee.
HOW DO WE ACCESS THE BUILDING?
Once the balance is paid in full you will receive via text the code to enter the door using the electronic keypad on the front door to the venue.
HOW MANY GUESTS DOES THE VENUE ACCOMMODATE?
We have seating and tables to comfortably seat 75 guests. This leaves ample room to walk around, dance and play as well!
DO WE GET TO ACCESS THE VENUE BEFORE OUR TIME TO SET UP?
No. The times that you book are the times you have for setting up and breaking down.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD?
Yes! You may bring in your own food or have it catered to the building.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO CANCEL AN EVENT?
In the need to cancel an event the deposit will be forfeited. Any money paid for the time will be refunded in no more than 5 days after the cancellation.
WHAT TYPES OF PARTIES CAN WE HOST?
Whatever your heart dreams up! Baby showers, Rehearsals, retirement, art classes, pop up classes and events, art gallery shows, micro weddings, surprise parties, birthdays, and celebration of life. There are so many reasons to gather! Dream one up and host it in The Venue for an unforgettable time!
WHERE DO WE PARK?
There are many off street parking options as well as a parking lot behind Kellermeier heating and cooling and the Park across the tracks.
WHAT DOES THE VENUE OFFER FOR GUESTS?
The venue offers its guest seating up to 75 guests. There is one main bathroom with a changing table. A kitchenette with a compact fridge, microwave and sink.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?
Private events may offer their own guests alcohol and other drinks. You can bring in a bartender or self-serve.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO BEFORE WE LEAVE?
We ask our guests to put back the tables and chairs before they leave. Take out their trash and place trash in the dumpster on the East side of the building. No large trash/boxes left inside. No need to sweep or mop unless there has been a spill. There is a checklist on the fridge to follow as well. Not doing these things may result in a deduction of the deposit.
WHAT WAS THIS BUILDING BEFORE IT WAS A VENUE?
The building (known as Blanche to its owners) Built in 1891 and was the town’s original grocery store. After that it was a hardware store. The building sat empty for many years before Jaime bought it and opened up his antique shop. Jaime sold the building in 2021 to the current owner who operated her own furniture store there until closing in 2024 to open The Venue.
